Plasmapool Records on a roll in the Beatport charts

12 May

The up-and-coming electro house focused record label has been having a great few months. Their success is greatly attributed to Mord Fustang’s first Beatport release, “The Electric Dream.” Since then, Mord has put out a few more popular singles, the most recent of which, “Lick The Rainbow,” is selling at #3 in all of Beatport.

Plasmapool also has the coveted #1 spot on Beatport’s main chart with Hypster’s “The Uprising.” This song samples the epic orchestral “O Fortuna.” You’ll recognize it as soon as you hear it.

Go pick up these singles on Beatport.

Here it is, the first official video shot for Rusko’s newest release, Everyday / Lick The Lizard. Although there was already a video made for “Lick The Lizard” (comprised of newly cut together images from the cult classics Boxers Omen and Hausu, this new video for “Everyday” is the first official video to actually be shot for the song.

Two brand new Netsky remixes

29 Mar

First up is the remix that the Belgian producer did for the upcoming Rusko song, “Everyday.” I’m definitely excited for this Rusko release if it has such spot-on remixes like this and another one of his original tracks, “Lick the Lizard.”

Netsky also remixed Jessie J’s “Nobody’s Perfect.” This guy really is on fire if his 2011 is already this huge. I’m sure he has more up his sleeve, so everyone had better keep an eye on him in the coming months.
